专利视角下中国吸力式桶型基础竞争态势分析与建议

摘要:
为了促进中国吸力式桶型基础的技术发展,文章通过专利文献计量的方法,从专利视角分析了吸力式桶型基础技术的发展趋势、海外布局、创新主体、技术领域以及专利质量竞争力等竞争态势。分析结果表明:中国是吸力式桶型基础专利申请量最多的国家;相比于国外申请人,我国申请人具有更高的技术活跃度和等同的竞争实力,但我国专利申请仍存在海外专利竞争力不足、专利技术布局不全面和专利质量竞争力差的问题。为了提高我国专利技术的质量,建议提高专利申请文件的撰写质量和审查标准、放宽权利要求附加费的数量条件、加强专利申请人的海外布局意识、加大劣势技术领域的研发力度。

Analysis and Suggestions on Competitive Situation of Suction Bucket Foundation in China From the Perspective of Patents

Abstract:
In order to promote the technical development of suction bucket foundation in China, this article analyzes the development trend, overseas layout, innovation subjects, technical fields and patent quality competitiveness of suction bucket foundation technology from the perspective of patent by bibliometrics methods. The analysis results show that China has the highest number of patent applications for suction bucket foundations. And compared with foreign applicants, Chinese applicants have higher technical activity and the same competitive strength. However, Chinese patent applications still face problems such as insufficient overseas patent competitiveness, incomplete patent technology layout, and poor patent quality competitiveness. In order to improve the quality of Chinese patents, we suggest improving the writing quality and examination standards of patent application documents, relaxing the quantity requirements of additional fees for claims, strengthening the overseas layout awareness of patent applicants, and increasing the research and development efforts in disadvantaged technical fields.
