| 为探究红树林着生藻类群落结构特征及其与环境因子的关系,于 2024 年 1 月、5 月、
8 月、11 月对浙江省龙港市、苍南县红树林区域设置 17 个站位进行着生藻类研究调查,共采集到
藻类 5 门 54 属 212 种( 包括变种), 其中硅藻门 43 属, 绿藻门 5 属, 蓝藻门 4 属, 裸藻门、甲藻门各 1 属。进一步分析显示,该研究区域着生藻类优势种隶属于硅藻门。通过生物多样性指数
(H')、均匀度指数(J')和丰富度指数(D')对着生藻类生物多样性进行分析,春季和夏季老林
(LL)红树林区域处于重度干扰状态,而冬季各监测采样点区域基本处于轻度干扰状态。冗余分 析(RDA)结果表明:盐度、TOC(总有机碳)、温度、总磷是影响该研究区域着生藻类群落结 构的主要因素。 |

| Study on the Structural Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Epiphytic Algal Communities in Northern Mangroves |

| To comprehend the structural traits of the mangrove periphytic algae community and its association with soil environmental factors,the current study was conducted in January 2025 and May,August,and November 2025 at 17 sites within the mangrove forests of Longgang City,Zhejiang Province,and Cangnan County,Zhejiang Province.A total of 212 species of algae were gathered from 54 genus belonging to 5 phyla
(encompassing variants),in which 43 genus belonged to Bacillariophyta,5 genus belonged to Chlorophyta, 4 genus belonged to Cyanophyta,and 2 genus were Euglenophyta and Pyrroptata.Further analysis indicated that the dominant algal species in the study area was Bacillariophyta.The biodiversity indices of the living algae were analyzed through the biodiversity index(H'),the evenness index(J'),and the richness index(D').The results indicated that the mangrove area of Laolin(LL)was under severe disturbance during spring and summer,while all monitoring stations were under mild disturbance during winter.Redundancy analysis(RDA) results showed that salinity,total organic carbon(TOC),temperature,and total phosphorus(TP)were the primary environmental factors influencing the community structure of epiphytic algae in the study area. |
