摘要:
滨海沙滩海域是海洋溺水事故发生的主要区域,为了有效减少此类事故的发生,文章提出 了一种高效智能防溺水系统的设计与实现方法。该系统以海南省三亚市皇后湾为研究区,利用现 场观测的高精度海洋基础地理信息数据、基于智慧立杆影像的深度学习算法、实时海洋环境监测 数据及水动力环境数值模拟,实现了对研究区海洋环境的实时监测与分析,并构建了风险评估模 型。根据风险评估结果设计了电子围栏,为游客推送实时的海洋环境风险预警信息,以保障游客 安全,并为相关部门提供了决策支持。研究不仅有助于提升滨海旅游区的安全管理水平,也为未 来智慧海洋建设提供了重要的参考案例。

Abstract:
Coastal areas are regions where drowning incidents frequently occur. To effectively reduce the occurrence of such accidents,this paper proposes the design and implementation method of an efficient and intelligent drowning prevention system. With Queen’s Bay in Sanya,Hainan Province as the research area,the system integrates high-precision marine geographic information data from field observations,deep learning algorithms based on smart pole-mounted camera imagery,real-time marine environmental monitoring data, and hydrodynamic numerical simulations. This comprehensive approach enables real-time monitoring and analysis of the marine environment in the research area. An electronic fence was designed based on the risk evaluation results developed from the collected data. The system provides real-time marine environmental risk alerts and information push services to tourists,thereby enhancing personal safety. Moreover,this system can offer decision-making support to relevant authorities. This research not only contributes to improving the safety management level of coastal tourist areas but also serves as an important reference case for future smart ocean construction.
