| 绿色金融与海洋经济高质量发展相互作用、相互影响，两系统的协调发展是海洋经济可持续发展以及全面深化落实海洋强国战略的重要环节。文章基于耦合协调度和面板向量自回归模型，建立绿色金融与海洋经济高质量发展的综合评价体系，并研究两者的耦合协调关系，对其高效协同发展具有重要意义。结果表明：（1）2009—2021年绿色金融较之于海洋经济高质量发展具有更快的增长速度，同时其综合水平与协调程度均呈现上升趋势，两系统由低水平上的相互制约逐步走向较高水平上的相互促进；（2）两系统耦合协调度的区域性差异略有缩小趋势，反映出一定的区域性收敛；（3）脉冲响应分析显示出绿色金融对海洋经济高质量发展具有更为显著的正向促进作用，方差分解的结果表明二者在发展过程中对自身的依赖性较强。根据研究结论，提出相关政策建议以期推动两系统的协调发展。 |

| Research on the Coupling and Response of Green Finance and High-Quality Development of Marine Economy in China |

| Green finance and high-quality development of marine economy interact and influence each other, and the coordinated development of the two systems is an important link for the sustainable development of marine economy and the comprehensive deepening of the implementation of the strategy of marine power. Based on the coupling coordination degree and panel vector autoregressive model, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for the high-quality development of green finance and marine economy, and studies the coupling coordination relationship between them, which is of great significance for their efficient and coordinated development. The results show that (1) from 2009 to 2021, green finance has a faster growth rate than the high-quality development of marine economy, while its comprehensive level and coordination degree show an upward trend, and the two systems gradually move from mutual restriction at a low level to mutual promotion at a higher level; (2) the regional difference of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems has a slight narrowing trend, reflecting a certain regional convergence; (3) impulse response analysis shows that green finance has a more significant positive role in promoting the high-quality development of marine economy, and the results of variance decomposition show that they are highly dependent on themselves in the process of development. According to the research conclusions, relevant policy suggestions are put forward in order to promote the coordinated development of the two systems. |
