| 休闲渔业是传统渔业与旅游业相结合的一种新发展模式，旨在推动传统渔业进行供给侧结 构性改革转型。探索休闲渔业的地域分异特征及其影响因素，有利于促进渔业转型升级与休闲渔 业均衡发展。文章利用 ArcGIS 10.8 空间分析工具，以 2017—2022 年河北省评选出的 146 家“河北省休闲渔业示范基地”称号单位为研究对象，采用时间维度的演变分析、全局尺度的空间相关 性检验、局部区域的自相关测算以及标准差椭圆模型等多种研究方法予以探讨。结果显示：河北内陆高原山地因地形多样，结构化、规模化聚集难度较大；“河北省休闲渔业示范基地”分布呈现由内陆向沿海转移的态势，整体布局逐步向沿海地区集聚；“河北省休闲渔业示范基地”主要聚集在冀东沿海渔业较为发达的地区，尤其是我国四大渔场之一的黄渤海渔场区域— 秦皇岛、沧州、唐山等地；在驱动因素中，休闲渔业示范基地与地理、产业和区域规划等因素密切相关。 |

| Research on the Spatiotemporal Evolution and Driving Factors of Recreational Fisheries in Hebei Province |

| Recreational fisheries represent a new development model that integrates traditional fisheries with tourism，aiming to promote supply-side reform and transformation in traditional fisheries．Exploring the regional differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of recreational fisheries is conducive to fostering the transformation and upgrading of the fisheries sector and the balanced development of recreational fisheries． Using ArcGIS 10.8 spatial analysis tools，this study takes 146 units awarded the title of“Hebei Provincial Recreational Fisheries Demonstration Bases”from 2017 to 2022 in Hebei Province as research subjects．Various research methods，including temporal evolution analysis，global spatial correlation testing，local autocorrelation measurement，and standard deviation ellipse modeling，were employed．The results show that：due to diverse terrain conditions，it is difficult to form structured and large-scale clusters in the inland plateau and mountainous regions of Hebei；the distribution of“Hebei Provincial Recreational Fisheries Demonstration Bases”shows a trend of shifting from inland to coastal areas，with the overall layout gradually concentrating in coastal regions； these demonstration bases are mainly clustered in the relatively developed coastal fishing areas of eastern Hebei， particularly in the Yellow-Bohai Sea fishing grounds-one of the four major fishing grounds in China-including Qinhuangdao，Cangzhou，and Tangshan．Among the driving factors，recreational fisheries demonstration bases are closely related to geographical，industrial，and regional planning factors． |
