| 摘要: |
| 为解决当前我国海岸侵蚀现象严重以及海岸防护手段较为单一的问题，文章分析我国海岸侵蚀的成因，并从结构性措施和非结构性措施2个角度分析海岸防护手段，从而应对海岸侵蚀灾害。研究结果表明:导致海岸侵蚀的因素分为人为因素和自然因素，目前我国应对海岸侵蚀主要采取结构性措施，即从工程视角加强海岸防护，主要包括硬防护结构和软防护结构2种；未来将采取非结构性措施，即从社会科学的视角规范人类行为，从而对海岸进行防护，主要包括规划管理、法律政策和教育普及3个类型。 |

| In order to solve the problem of serious coastal erosion and single coastal protection measures in China,this paper analyzed the causes of coastal erosion in China,and analyzed how to carry out coastal protection from the perspective of structural measures and non-structural measures,so as to deal with the coastal erosion disasters in China.The results showed that the factors leading to coastal erosion include human factors and natural factors.At present,China mainly adopts structural measures to deal with coastal erosion,that was,strengthening coastal protection from the perspective of engineering,mainly including hard protection structure and soft protection structure; Non-structural measures would be taken in the future,which was to regulate human behavior from the perspective of social science,so as to protect the coast,mainly including planning and management,legal policy and education popularization. |
